Will change schoolsThis book had answers to many of my questions about teach professional learning. It will change how we conduct teacher training and teacher evaluation. Amazing. Having participated in the 1st four days of Powell's Cognitive Coaching many of the messages in this book are familiar to me. I'd like to see a more clear cut set of directives for a school wishing to switch to this type of supervision. I thought many of the pieces were there, but maybe not ordered in a way to help a team of administrators...
