I'm totally enamored of this zine and the way the stories range from silly to poignant. Some here capture not only the fun and meaning of punk house shows, but also the awkwardness and confusion of trying to find a stranger's house, enter unfamiliar surroundings with people you may not know, and wind up feeling out of place even as... My love of Mitch Clem has probably been on-going for a decade or so now, and it's truly wonderful when someone who's work you admire grows with you. I love this new zine series; varied, funny, sad, tragic, and relatable on all levels. Witty, nostalgic, silly, unnerving, an honest portrayal of house shows. A fantastic beginning to a zine series.
